• Monday, 26 August: 8am – 12 noon (Camp closes at 12pm. All guests must check out by this time.)

Find the link to download your Car Pass on the Boutique Camping form.

Download and print one Car Pass per car before arriving.

Fill in the infiormation required on the Car Pass, for each car, before your arrival.

Only provide a vehicle registration via the Boutique Camping form for any additional cars.

Second or more vehicles must park in the Blue Gate car park, which is located further on from the Boutique car park.

All guests staying in the Boutique Camping field must have Camping Tickets and a Boutique Camping booking.

Weekend and day tickets will not be transferable for wristbands and will mean you cannot enter the festival or stay with us.

Please bring your Camping Ticket confirmations for check-in so we can provide you with wristbands. (Boutique only)

All we need is your lead booking name and we’ll have your wristbands ready.

Gates open at 8am on Friday 23rd August, with last entry at 9pm.

Download and print your car pass in advance and display it on your windscreen.

Head to Alex James’ Farm: Near Kingham, Oxfordshire, OX7 6UJ.

Enter through the Blue Gate: This is the entrance for all camping guests, including boutique camping.

Follow the signs: The festival organizers have clearly marked the route to the farm.

Please note that there may be traffic congestion, so allow extra time for your journey.

The closest railway station is Kingham, just a 10-minute walk from the festival site.

• Trains run regularly from London Paddington (approximately 90 minutes)
• Other stations with regular services include Oxford, Reading, Worcester, and Hereford.

Start your day right! Tea, coffee, and breakfast options will be available to purchase in Boutique Camping every morning from 8am.

Big Feastival is renowned for its incredible food vendors. From fresh seafood to hearty pulled pork, there’s something to satisfy every craving. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drink, but please note that both the Green Yurts and the festival are glass-free zones.

For the comfort of all campers – and health & safety – stoves are not permitted in the Boutique Camping field.

Stay hydrated! Drinking water taps are located throughout the festival grounds. Don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle to fill up.

A hydrated camper is a happy camper!

Please note: All festival campsite rules apply to the boutique camping field.

Please read the festival campsite rules carefully before planning your trip.

Unfortunately, as we’re a mobile business, we can’t carry extra bedding.

If you think you might be cold at night, we recommend bringing a blanket or two just in case. 

We provide one towel per person (as the number included in your booking rates only); therefore, please do bring extras, especially for the little ones!

The Green Yurts Boutique Camping is intended as a peaceful retreat for all guests.

Please keep noise levels down, especially at night.

Any disturbances will be considered anti-social behavior and could result in removal from the site without a refund.
