Our Apple Field Reception Team will greet all guests who book in Apple Field to help you check-in.

When Nature Calls is not included in your Green Yurts booking and must be purchased separately if required.
Apple Field will be located in the same field at Big Feastival as in previous years.
The festival will publish an up-to-date map in time for your arrival, and you may find us by looking for the Green Yurts Apple Field Reception once you’ve arrived via the main festival gate.

Yes! If you are staying in Apple Field and wish to enjoy When Nature Calls for its premium amenities – you must opt for this separately.
If you plan to book When Nature Calls passes and be located as near as possible just make a note at the time of booking online.

If you have a Fully Paid booking, this is your confirmation. We will contact all Leadbookers around mid-August with your Booking Summary.
Thursday Early Entry Ticket Holders + Green Yurts Apple Field Bookings:
All guests must vacate Apple Field by 11:30 AM on Monday, August 31st, 2026.
We can accommodate a next to friends or family request if you have booked the same type, and size tent – eg. 5x5m Bell Tents – in the same campsite, eg, Apple Field.
Just make a note of the leadbooker name in the notes section at the time of booking online to make sure we have your request stated on your booking for the set-up crew in August.
There are a limited amount of tents that will be situated nearest to the Guarantee Plots; however, we’ll aim to place you as close as possible.
There will be an opportunity for those booking Guaranteed Plots to select a spot nearer to Apple Field Tents if required, they should quote your name as leadbooker so we’re sure.
The leadbooker name and email are not transferable.
If you’re unable to attend, please contact us, simply, by replying via your booking email asap for your options.
Lead bookers may cancel by replying via their booking email to bigfeastival@greenyurts.co.uk at any time before the booking check-in date.
We will refund the booking amount paid to date subject to the following deductions based on the length of notice of cancellation for the check-in date.
(i) Up to 8 weeks / 56 days before 10%
(ii) 4-8 weeks before 50%
(iii) 4 weeks before non-refundable.

Children 5 years and under stay for free if they bring their own bed or co-sleep with parents. Only include them in the rates if you require beds.

Please look at the guide below for tent sizes, and note that all your guy ropes must sit comfortably within the area of 7x5m—unless you’re neighbours with friends or family!
