We encourage all bookings to be made as the furnish type you’ll know you’ll require.
Upgrades may be an option however are only available for the whole tent.
To lock your Bell Tent, please bring a small (hand luggage size) padlock to use in the zipper.
Apple Field opens from Thursday, 27th August, 2026, and you may arrive for check-in if all guests staying have a ‘Thursday General Camping Tickets’ access time.
You may also check-in to Apple Field from Friday if you have ‘General Camping Tickets’
All bookings in Apple Field will be ready from Thursday, regardless of the day you plan to arrive.
Guests in Apple Field may stay until Monday morning.
You may browse the options available in either Apple Field or Boutique and book directly online.
Both campsites offer a unique experience:
Apple Field: This site has standard festival facilities. If you’re staying in Apple Field, you’ll need to purchase a Big Feastival Parking Pass separately.
Entrance to Apple Field is via the main festival entrance.
Boutique Field: This premium site offers a host of additional facilities:
Beauty Tent: A place to do your own hair and makeup and use available hair dryers and straighteners. You can also book Hair, makeup, and beauty treatments with Secret Spa.
Food & Drink: A Breakfast cafe, a restaurant, and a bar will provide options for on-site purchases.
You’ll need to make all bookings with a valid email address and payment as required.
Please ensure you use an email address you can access, as this will be used for all future reference.
All bookings, except for Guaranteed Plots, can be made with a minimum of 50% deposit.
The balance will be payable by the 31st of July via a link you’ll receive in your first booking email.
For all Big Feastival bookings (except for plots), a 50% deposit payment is required. This option will close on July 24th, 2026.
Final Balance: Your booking confirmation email, sent when you pay your deposit, will include details for your final balance payment. This balance is due by July 31st.
Payment Reminders: We’ll send payment reminders around July 24th. However, you can use the unique payment link in your original booking email to pay anytime.
Green Yurts Balances are not collected automatically, so please ensure you find your email or look out for the reminder due 24th July, 2026.
Payment Process: Your unique payment link will take you to a standard checkout where you’ll enter your bank card details and complete any necessary bank authorization steps (e.g., app confirmations).
Payment Issues: If you have trouble paying, double-check your card details, especially the CVC, as autofill can sometimes cause errors.
Booking Summary: A booking summary will be issued around mid-August. In the meantime, you can check any booking type information available on this website.

Yes! General Camping Tickets are the only tickets required for staying with Green Yurts – or in any other campsite at Big Feastival.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A Weekend Ticket is not valid for ANY OVERNIGHT stays at Big Feastival.
A Weekend Ticket is an entry-only ticket which includes admission and live entertainment across the music, food and family stages.
Please note, this ticket type includes entry on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday but does not include access to the campsites; General Camping, Apple Field or Boutique Camping.
Please contact the ticket vendor directly for any queries as they are not linked to any Green Yurts booking.
Yes! Power is only available in the Boutique field if booking a Deluxe, Super Deluxe, or alternative if you add on to a Classic.
Power is not available in Apple Field.
Power is included in all Deluxe and Super Deluxe bookings.
Alternatively, if you have opted for power as an add-on Classic package.
Double power socket (no USB sockets) are suitable for charging mobiles however not suitable for hair dryers, curlers or straighteners, nor kettles as they’ll blow the fuse.
Power supplied in the tents is a lead with UK standard twin socket on mains voltage (220-240v)
The power source supplied is unsuitable for devices such as kettles, hairdryers or fridges, and we kindly request guests to refrain from using them to avoid any danger or pressure to the circuit.
A 12V fridge cooler can be used just make sure you bring the necessary adaptor for the standard uk 3 pin sockets
Hairdryers and any other hair styling equipment can be used in the Pamper Parlour where there is a more significant power supply – we also supply hair dryers & straighteners available on a first-come, first serve basis.
The power source supplied is unsuitable for hairdryers, and we kindly request guests to refrain from using them in your tent to avoid any danger or pressure to the circuit.
Hairdryers and any other hair styling equipment can be used in the Pamper Parlour where there is a more significant power supply – we also supply hair dryers & straighteners available on a first-come, first serve basis.
This is okay if your booking includes a power socket, and your cooler requires 12V max.
Boutique Field opens from 8am Friday 28th August 2026, and you may arrive for check-in if all guests staying have a ‘General Camping Tickets’ access times.
Guests in Boutique may stay until Monday morning.
