All guests staying in Apple Field may enjoy the designated toilets and showers.
As an exception to Apple Field guests – if you book a Big Feastival General Camping Tickets for Thursday Early Entry, you can arrive Thursday.
For this reason Apple Field will be ready for Thursday Early Entry regardless of whether we know so you won’t need to let us know!
Apple Field opens to all guests at 8 am on Friday, August 22nd, 2024.
All guests must vacate Apple Field by 11:30 AM on Monday, August 25th, 2025.
If you don’t opt for Thursday Early Entry, you may arrive from 8am Friday, 23rd August, 2025.

Yes! A Child under 5 yrs can stay for free in either Apple Field, Boutique Camping without being included in the rates if they’ll bring their own travel cot or bed.
If any Child 0-5 requires a bed type as applicable, they must be included in the rates.
Either option would require you to have secured a CHILD 0-5 GENERAL CAMPING ticket.
Yes! Children 6-12 must be included in the rates for either Apple Field or Boutique Camping.
All children will require a CHILD 6-12 GENERAL CAMPING TICKET.

All bookings should be made directly online with either a 50% deposit or 100% payment.
Your options are between two separate campsites;
Apple Field – for the Boutique Camping Essentials, and Guaranteed Plots all with access to the designated amenities.
Boutique – for premium Boutique Camping options and  amenities, alongside exlcusive facilities such as Pamper Tent, Spa and more.
Each campsite features a host of options based on how many guests you will be and which level of furnish type you would like.

Yes! We provide the option to book with a 50% deposit on all bookings except Guaranteed Plots.
If you opt for a 50% deposit, your first booking email will include the payment link to pay your balance. Please save this email.
Check your junk email filters first if you do not receive a booking email. As we’re aware, box or any other they often find their way there!
If you haven’t received a booking email after making a successful payment – contact us at bigfeastival@greenyurts using the same email, and we’ll find your booking information and forward it.
As long as you contact us using the same email, we won’t require any further details about what you booked!
The deadline to pay your Green Yurts at Big Feastival camping balance is 31.07.25
If you opt for a 50% deposit, your first booking email will include the payment link to pay your balance. Please save this email.
The balance is payable any time before the deadline and is not collect automatically.
No. Green Yurts at Big Feastival is entirely separate from any ticket purchases you will have made directly via Big Feastival + See Tickets.
Please note that bookings are non-transferable and non-resalable.

Guests may cancel by replying via their booking emails at any time before the booking check-in date.
We will refund the booking amount paid to date subject to the following deductions based on the length of notice of cancellation for the check-in date.
(i) Up to 8 weeks / 56 days before 10%
(ii) 4-8 weeks before 50%
(iii) 4 weeks before non-refundable.
