Booking Policy

These booking terms and conditions form the basis of your contract with Green Yurts Ltd and govern the terms of our relationship. Please read them carefully. In booking with us or staying at one of our accommodation facilities, you are taken to have accepted these terms and conditions and are legally bound by them.

Due to our pop-up nature and the bespoke nature of your booking, cancellations are subject to a specific timeline.

See the timeframes below;

(i) Up to 8 weeks / 56 days before – 10% deducted
(ii) 4-8 weeks before – 50% deducted
(iii) 4 weeks before non-refundable

We will refund deposits for cancellations made before the check-in date, subject to deductions based on the length of notice.

This policy is not waived for personal health reasons, such as COVID-19 – illnesses, injuries, accidents OR deaths. If you need to cancel please email us and simply state ‘Cancel My Booking’

For downgrades, we will calculate the difference in the lower rate and apply a downgrade fee based on the timelines below;

(i) Up to 8 weeks / 56 days before – £25 Fee
(ii) 4-8 weeks before – – £50 Fee
(iii) 4 weeks before  – £75 Fee

If you do need to cancel or update your booking, please reply via the booking email you received with your reservation details.
