Where to Glamp at Big Feastival: A Guide to Apple Field and Boutique Locations

Boutique:

For those seeking the ultimate glamping experience, Boutique is the place to be. These luxurious canvas accommodations offer a comfortable and stylish stay, complete with a reception area, Bar, Cafe and chill-out space. Pamper tent: a place to get festival glam with vanity booths, mirrors and hair styling equipment. Premium, individual cubicle showers and loos. Parking is included, and shuttle services are available for heavy luggage. Cinema Tent and more.

Imagine relaxing in a plush Yurt after a day of feasting and dancing – that’s the Boutique Camping experience!

Apple Field:

If you prefer a balance of comfort and convenience, Apple Field is a great option. It provides essential amenities, alongside Guaranteed Plots for those who prefer to pitch your own. You can also upgrade to “When Nature Calls” which is located in Apple Field but separate to Green Yurts.

So you’ve booked your awesome stay at our pop-up glamping haven, and you’re wondering what awaits you in the land of nod? Fear not, dear camper, we’ve got you covered (literally!) if you’ve booked either; Furnished, Classic, Deluxe, or Super Deluxe tents.

Prepare to be pampered! Your cosy sleeping haven will be all set up with the following:

  • Crisp cotton bed linen: Because who doesn’t love that fresh sheet feeling?
  • A 13.5 tog duvet: Perfect for snuggling down under, no matter the weather.
  • Pillows galore: Two per person, because sharing is caring, but not when it comes to pillows!
  • Herringbone cotton blanket: For that extra touch of warmth and style.
  • Cushion: For lounging like the glamping royalty you are.
  • Soft white bath towel: Because no one wants to be a soggy mess after a refreshing shower.

Important note: We provide everything you need for a dreamy sleep, but if you have specific pillow preferences or need extra support, feel free to bring your sleep essentials and extra towels like a quick-dry sports towel.

For the adventurous souls embracing the Unfurnished tent life:

This is your chance to unleash your inner Bear Grylls! You’ll have a groundsheet to keep you off the damp earth, but the rest is up to you. Pack your trusty sleeping bag, your favourite camping pillow, and anything else that makes your outdoor snooze-fest complete.

No matter which tent you choose, we guarantee a night under the stars you won’t forget. Happy glamping!

If you have booked a place at the Boutique Camping site, you can access the exclusive facilities.

The Boutique Hub is where you may find further arrival & stay info as below!

  • Check-in details.

  • Boutique Parking: A downloadable Car Pass with instructions

  • Bed & bedding info plus power information included (Deluxe, Super Deluxe) or added (Classic)

Please Note:

  • Your booking does not include festival tickets. ‘Camping Tickets’ are required for access.

  • Weekend tickets nor Day Tickets are not valid for access to Boutique Camping

Arrival:

  • Boutique Camping opens from 8am on Friday 23rd August please arrive by 9.30pm

  • Check-in is via the Boutique Reception via the Boutique Entrance / Blue Gate

  • The Boutique Reception is opposite the Boutique Car Park

  • You may arrive on any other day according to festival gate opening times.

  • Check-out is by 11am Monday 25th August.

If you have booked a pre-pitched tent in Apple Field site with standard facilities.

See your most recent booking email for which furnish type and arrival email with link to the Apple Field Hub sent by Green Yurts 16.08.24

As a reminder

  • Your booking does not include ‘Camping Tickets’ which are required for access

  • Weekend tickets nor Day Tickets are not valid for access to Apple Field

  • You may arrive from 4pm Thursday 23rd August if you have Thursday Early Entry Passes

  • Parking is not included – Please purchase a Pass directly via Big Feastival

  • When Nature Calls is not included however is accessible if you have a purchased Passes

We are delighted to be bringing the Secret Spa Elite professionals to Big Feastival to get you ready for a weekend of glitter and joy!
What can I book?
A selection of hair, make-up, manicures, massages & facials will be available to book for all guests staying in Boutique Camping
Full Menu & Prices available from 11 am Saturday 17th August.
How do I pre-book?
Book via the Boutique Camping form using a link we’ll provide to access the bookings from 11 am Saturday, 17th August, when you may access the link.
Who can book?
Appointments are available exclusively for guests staying in Boutique Camping; unfortunately, they are not available if you’ll be staying in Apple Field or elsewhere.
What else is in the Boutique Camping Pamper Tent?
Hairdryers, straighteners and other hair styling tools and goodies!

Booked a Nylon Tent?

We offer three sizes of pre-pitched nylon tents, which are ideal for sharing in two, four, or six.

All nylon tents will be pitched by size in Apple Field, so we may locate you as neighbours if you have the same style and size tent; otherwise, we will pitch you as close as possible.

A nylon tent for two has one compartment.

A nylon tent for four has two separate compartments and a communal area in the middle.

A nylon tent for six has three separate compartments for sleeping, plus a communal area.

Please make sure you bring all your airbeds, bedding and gear.

Big Feastival Line-up!
