Do I need Camping Tickets?

Yes! Big Feastival ‘Camping Tickets’ are required for each guest staying in Apple Field or Boutique Camping – see Big Feastival’s website.

Please note that Green Yurts don’t issue digital tickets for Guaranteed Plots, pre-pitched Camping in Apple Field, or Boutique Camping. All you’ll need to bring is your booking/transaction email and your Festival Camping Tickets. When you arrive at the relevant reception, simply quote the lead booker’s name.

You should have received an email from us around 6th July with a form to complete along with useful information about your booking. Please return the completed form and pay any outstanding balance by 31st July.

We’ll be in touch again from 16.08.24 with further details about accessing your booking on-site so please do check your inbox for an email from Green Yurts!

16.00 ~ Blue Gate Car Park and Lemon and Apple field campsite open for arrivals (last entry 23.30) for General Camping Thursday Early Entry Pass holders only.

Friday 23 August

08.00 ~ Campsite Car Park and Campsites open for arrivals (last entry 21.30)

11.00 ~ Festival Arena open for Campers and Day Visitors

21.30 ~ Last entry into the festival

Saturday 24 August

08.00 ~ Campsite opens for arrivals (last entry 21.00)

10.00 ~ Festival Arena open for Campers and Day Visitors

21.30 ~ Last entry into the festival

Sunday 25 August

10.00 ~ Festival Arena open for Campers and Day Visitors

12.00 – 21.45 ~ Live acts on the Main Stage

Monday 26 August

11.00 ~ Campsite closed to campers

How early can I arrive?

All guests can arrive from 8 am Friday 23rd of August as per festival opening times.

If you booked in Apple Field and plan to arrive on Thursday you will need to add a ‘Thursday Early Entry Pass’ in addition to your Camping Tickets

Boutique Camping is available strictly from 8am Friday 23rd of August, 2024.
