Your balance must be paid by Wednesday, 31 July 2024, via the payment link email issued around 08.07.024.

We’ll be reviewing all payments from early August, so we’ll contact you if you’ve missed a payment or if we need to issue a new payment link.

If you haven’t completed the form we issued on 06.07.24, please do so as soon as possible so we have your update to help us locate you onsite.

We’ll be back in touch in mid-August with the final email for your check-in.

We offer the option to secure a booking with a 50% deposit, with the balance payable by Wednesday, 31 July 2024.

Please check your booking email for the notes on when to expect your balance payment reminder email, and feel free to get in touch beforehand if you wish to pay earlier, and we’ll issue your payment link.
