Introducing the new Furnished

For 2025, we’ve upgraded the Furnished package in Apple Field to include slim foam mattresses to replace airbeds!

A Furnished is a popular essentials Boutique Camping package available in Apple Field only.

Enjoy the essentials with our Furnished, complete with light furnishings, bedding, LED lighting and towel & blanket for each person.

All bedding includes:

Cotton bed linen and a 13.5 tog duvet and each person has two pillows, a herringbone cotton blanket, a cushion, and a soft white bath towel each.

Do I need General Camping Tickets?

Yes! Big Feastival ‘General Camping Tickets’ are required for each guest staying in Apple Field or Boutique Camping.
Visit Big Feastival website to book yours now and note that if they’re unavailable, the tier might have sold out therefore, there will be a refresh the following morning, or check their social media or email newsletter for ticketing updates.
In the event Big Feastival officially General Camping Tickets do sell out, Big Feastival will make an announcement.

If you’ve booked a Guaranteed Plot, Camping in Apple Field, or Boutique Camping with Green Yurts, you won’t receive a digital ticket from Green Yurts for any accommodation booking. Just save your booking email and we’ll have the leadbooker name on hand at Reception.

Booked a Guaranteed Plot?

Guaranteed Plots have now sold out.

All plots are located in Apple Field, with the use of designated facilities or upgrade to When Nature Calls.

All guaranteed plots are 7x5m, and your tent(s) should fit comfortably within the boundaries, including guy ropes, or book multiple plots as required, all located side by side.

Please make sure you have purchased ‘Camping Tickets’ separately, and secure a parking pass directly via Big Feastival here.

If you wish to arrive on Thursday, make sure you have also purchased the Thursday Early Entry here

If you plan to arrive on Friday, the site opens at 8am, just make sure you arrive within the official festival gate opening times!

If you have already booked your plot(s) then if you’ve booked multiple plots, they will indeed be next to each other, as for any next to other plot requests.

For any group bookings and next-to requests, secure these on arrival.

Any specific location requests are subject to logistics.

Big Feastival Line-up!

The Big Feastival has announced its first line-up, with Becky Hill and Snow Patrol headlining the Main Stage. Enjoy incredible music all weekend long; see the lineup for full details. More music, food and family names are still to be announced!

Parking at Big Feastival

Apple Field guests who will be driving to Big Feastival will need to purchase a Parking Pass directly via Big Feastival website.

We recommend purchasing in advance as they will be cheaper than on the day.

If you book in Boutique Camping, the parking is included, and we’ll email you a Car Pass around mid-August, ready for your arrival.

What is a Classic?

And at which campsite are they available?

We offer our popular Classic Bell Tents in two campsites: Apple Field and Boutique Camping. Your choice will depend on your preferred location and desired facilities.

A Classic Bell Tent features memory foam mattresses (on the ground) & bedding,  a towel & blanket per person, plus light furnishings as standard: ambient LED lighting, matting & rugs, plus a mirror.

All bedding includes:

Egyptian cotton bed linen and a 13.5 tog duvet and each person has two pillows, a herringbone cotton blanket, a cushion, and a soft white bath towel each.

What is an Unfurnished?

An Unfurnished Bell Tent is perfect for the seasoned Camper who is looking for the convenience of a Pre-Pitched tent but prefers to bring all their own gear, airbeds and sleeping bag. An Unfurnished Bell Tent is 5 x 5 metres in diameter with a central pole and will accommodate single or double airbeds on each side of the pole. An Unfurnished Emperor Bell for five plus guests is 6 x 4 metres with two poles.

Friday 23 August

08.00 ~ Campsite Car Park and Campsites open for arrivals (last entry 21.30)

11.00 ~ Festival Arena open for Campers and Day Visitors

21.30 ~ Last entry into the festival

Saturday 24 August

08.00 ~ Campsite opens for arrivals (last entry 21.00)

10.00 ~ Festival Arena open for Campers and Day Visitors

21.30 ~ Last entry into the festival

Sunday 25 August

10.00 ~ Festival Arena open for Campers and Day Visitors

How early can I arrive?

All guests can arrive from 8 am Friday 23rd of August as per festival opening times.

If you booked in Apple Field and plan to arrive on Thursday you will need to add a ‘Thursday Early Entry Pass’ in addition to your Camping Tickets
Boutique Camping is available strictly from 8am Friday 23rd of August, 2024.

How do I pay my balance?

Your balance must be paid by Wednesday, 31 July 2024, via the payment link email issued around 08.07.024.

We’ll be reviewing all payments from early August, so we’ll contact you if you’ve missed a payment or if we need to issue a new payment link.

If you haven’t completed the form we issued on 06.07.24, please do so as soon as possible so we have your update to help us locate you onsite.

We’ll be back in touch in mid-August with the final email for your check-in.
